In session one we work together to explore what is currently happening, how it’s effecting you and more importantly, what you want to have happen instead.
We then create a unique blend of proven easy techniques that work for you and your lifestyle.
You then get to relax while we resolve the old and install the new – all directly at a deeper sub conscious level (we may record this part of the session so that you can practice in the comfort of your own home)
In session two we review, make any necessary tweaks or changes, maybe adding even more strategies to your toolbox for you to use to improve daily life.
The more you practice, the quicker your new 'habit' becomes automatic.

Sue holds an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line™ Therapy Certification and is a PSYCH-K Facilitator, a Licensed HypnoBand Practitioner, bringing the original virtual gastric band to NZ in 2010.
Sue became a Certified Hypotension Practitioner in 2011 helping people to recognize and reduce their high blood pressure naturally. In 2011 Sue also took some time to study with Merv Edmunds the Human Givens therapeutic approach ‘a mind to feel better’. More recently in 2018 Sue gained her Clinical Weight Loss Coach Diploma earning a Distinction from the UK based Centre of Excellence
Sue studied the basic principles of medical science, anatomy and physiology, at The Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in Auckland with the aim of combining both medical and clinical emotional aspects to gain more knowledge of how the physical is affected by any imbalance within our past and present lifestyle experiences. She has trained and continues to study such fields as psychotherapy, psychology, medical and behavioral sciences. Plus continuing with further training in cognitive hypno-therapeutic techniques.
In 2015 Sue was awarded Honorary Life Membership of the New Zealand Association of Professional Hypnotherapists Inc. (NZAPH) being elected as President in 2008 and standing down in 2012.
Sue is registered with the New Zealand Hypnotherapy Registration Board Inc. (NZHRB) having been on the Board since 2004 being voted as President in 2015.
She also became a registered member of the Chartered Natural Therapies Practitioners (CNHP) in 2005 and become a Silver Member of The International Alliance of Holistic Therapists in 2018.
